Thanks again for doing such a great job for us in getting the house in Sun Prairie. Please feel welcome to give our names as references (and I have already recommended you to two people -- one person who might buy and another who may move from Sun Prairie in a year or so).
Here's is our current thinking. We are skipping fsbo because we'll be too busy moving, setting another house and my office there, We need you, and we don't need the stress of selling by ourselves (which I have done twice before).
We will ask for your guidance on this when we would list with you. You are the expert. Because you saved us a nice chunk of change in Sun Prairie, we are more willing to sell for less here.
